GICA Day at the Capitol

Mark your calendar for GICA Day at the Capitol on Monday, January 13, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to noon at the Georgia State Capitol (South Wing). This high-visibility, open house-style event brings together admissions teams, mascots, and alumni in public service to spotlight the value and impact of Georgia’s independent colleges as the 2026 legislative session gets underway.

Because the event falls just after the holidays, we’re encouraging campuses to begin preparations now to ensure a strong presence. It’s an important opportunity to reconnect with alumni, engage state leaders, and celebrate the mission-driven education that sets our institutions apart.
