Mandy serves as Senior Instructional Designer at the University of Arkansas, leading workforce training development for Fortune 500 companies including Walmart and Tyson. She brings over 20 years of experience in educational technology and curriculum development.
Mandy’s AI expertise includes specialized training on AI and academic integrity for higher education administrators and faculty. She was recently featured as a guest on NPR discussing AI's impact in professional workforce and development programs. She continues to develop industry-standard best practices for AI implementation in educational environments.
As an Instructional Design and Educational Technology Training Consultant for Higher Education Compliance Consulting, Mandy has delivered training to over 15 institutions with over 930 attendees.
Mandy holds an M.S. in Career Technical Education with an emphasis in Occupational Training and Development from Eastern Kentucky University. She is currently pursuing her doctorate in Adult Lifelong Learning in Leadership at the University of Arkansas. She has served as adjunct faculty at Northwest Arkansas Community College and Eastern Kentucky University, receiving the 2019 Halls of Excellence Award from NWACC for scholarship, service, and innovative teaching.

Judy currently serves as the GICA Compliance Program Consultant and serves on the Board, Society for Corporate Compliance and Ethics. She is a Professor Emeritus, an attorney licensed in Kentucky, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, and is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional. She served as General Counsel and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at Eastern Kentucky University and Manhattanville College, where she developed and implemented compliance programs. Judy is the author of the first book on higher education compliance, Higher Education Compliance: Blueprint for Success. Judy is also the author of Compliance Risk Assessments: An Introduction published by the Society for Corporate Compliance and Ethics. Her third book, Higher Education Compliance: What Governing Boards Really Need to Know is available in paperback, Kindle, and audiobook.
