Attend this webinar to learn all about the most recent changes to the Clery Act in thirteen years: the Stop Campus Hazing Act (SCHA) amendments to the Clery Act. Passed in late 2024, SCHA added hazing to the list of crimes for which campuses must report out crime statistics.  In addition, the SCHA requires campuses to maintain policies regarding investigating and preventing hazing and disclose annually in a transparency report all findings of responsibility for recognized organizations violating the institution's hazing policy.
